Founded and was responsible to lead the global marketing function and a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the company objectives of sales growth, visibility and customer engagement. • Was primarily responsible for elevating the strategic innovation practice including developing new offerings tailored to the Mexican marketplace and training and mentoring the team. The focus on strategic innovation allowed us to achieve over 95% repeat business
• Researched customer and competitive landscape in the Big Data market to formulate digital and strategic marketing plans; implemented strategic plan including deployment of a data-driven marketing engine comprising content management, marketing automation, web analytics and customer relationship management tools
• Through repeated successes with Brand, B2B clients and CPG projects I transformed a project based relationship into a strategic long term partnership
• Created the communications strategy and guided Trans Union Mexico and other brands to entry into digital marketing; the company maintains credit histories on approximately 500 million consumers serving banks and financial institutions
• Facilitated the implementation of digital and below the line activities for AXA Insurance; assisted insurance brokers to connect and promote Business to Business services increasing the sales revenue by 120%
• Directed and created content for various distribution channels, recognizing the distinct needs of our clients: we became LATAM Communication´s main channel for Life Fitness Inc.
• Supervised the web content and Social Media Editorial Plan for every customer, ensuring content was on brand and aligned to support all marketing and communications initiatives
• Led the Business unit in all day to day operations, including: Business Development, IP Development, P&L Management, Fanatical Cash Flow, Mentoring & Training
