Caracol de Plata - Digital Strategy

Caracol de Plata, a non profit organization, promotes civic culture through social responsibility and participation. Annually, it gives recognition to the best social messages developed in Ibero America.

The challenge:

Create a digital identity to connect the brand with new and emerging audiences to promote their mission, brand awareness and build up a community that actively participates with them.

Solution:

During my time as a Digital Marketing Director at ODD and the team, we created, developed and executed the digital brand strategy including the renovation of their website and all the social media strategy including online ad campaigns and all the content for each channel.

Results:

The first year the number of viewers for the live stream ceremony increased 40% compared with the year before. The reach kept increasing every month by 20% and the community grew in different platforms by the adaptation of new ways to connect.
